for homes from the MLS Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED).

The custom IDX solution Caryn chose for her website includes the option of searching
not only by square footage and style, but also by exposure (city, lake, park, etc.),
community, and nearby schools for which there is a school report card section on the
site for reference. All of these search features can also be viewed on a map in
reference to the property being searched so that clients are better able to
visualize proximity.
